This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our sites or buy from us, how we use it, and the rights you have. We are the "data controller" for that information.

The information we collect
When you buy something: your name, email address, billing address and country. Your card details are entered directly with our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
When you join our email list or download a free guide: your name and email address.
When you use the course: your login details and a record of your progress, held on our learning platform.
When you visit our sites: basic technical information such as your device type, browser and pages viewed, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use it, and our lawful basis
To deliver what you bought and give you access to your course (to perform our contract with you).
To take payment and keep records for tax and accounting (a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in running the business).
To send you the emails you signed up for, and occasional related offers (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email).
To answer your questions and provide support (our legitimate interest in helping customers).
To keep our sites secure and working properly (our legitimate interest).
Who we share it with We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do that job:
Systeme.io — hosts our sites, checkout, course and email.
Stripe and PayPal — process payments.
Our email and analytics providers, where used. These providers process your information under their own privacy terms. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, they are required to protect it to UK standards.
How long we keep it We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires (currently six years for UK tax records). We keep your email-marketing details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. We keep course-access details for as long as you have access.
Your rights Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us to: give you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct anything that is wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at info@maturemoneymail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, let you know by email.
